Philosophy

We believe that children learn through active participation. We allow freedom for children to discover and create, yet establish limits to give security and stability in their lives. Our environment thrives on the unique attributes of each child and fosters a place of acceptance and community for all. All varieties of our centers are designed to mimic traditional school experiences with content including Art, Mathematics, Music, Physical Education, Science and Health which facilitates a smooth transition to the next step in learning and life. Our programs are designed to provide a quality atmosphere encouraging the growth of the whole child through developmentally appropriate activities and experiences in a committed, honest and reliable environment. Learning Is Important as We Shape the Next Generation!

Integrity Childcare Staff

Staff respect, value, and accept children and treat them for who they are as individuals. Staff members make it a priority to know each childs likes, dislikes, comforts and much more.

Our Teachers

Teachers make plans to enable children to attain key curriculum goals across various disciplines, such as language arts, mathematics, social studies, science, art, music, physical education, and health. Teachers develop, refine, and use a wide repertoire of teaching strategies to enhance children’s learning and developments. Examples we use within the centers are small groups, one on one, continued education for staff and many more areas in early education. Teachers facilitate the development of responsibility and self-regulation in children.
